Hi, I’m Me’Cshell, a Louisiana-based photographer and the creative heart behind Photos By Me’Cshell and @608Carver magazine. My love for photography began long before I ever considered it a career — back when I was just a kid with a camera, fascinated by the way a single image could capture an entire feeling.

I’ve always been drawn to art, photography, and music — the kind that moves you, inspires you, and makes you pause for a moment to feel. Over the years, photography has become more than just a passion; it has become my way of telling stories, of capturing life before it slips away. Through my lens, I’ve learned that every person, place, and moment has its own rhythm — and my goal has always been to translate that rhythm into something you can see and remember.

That same love for storytelling and creativity is what inspired me to create @608Carver.

Named after the place where my journey with photography began, @608Carver was founded on the front steps of creativity. It’s a photography magazine built to showcase the work of both emerging and established photographers across genres — including celebrations, portraits, lifestyle, conceptual art, editorial, and more.
